Michelle Branch and her husband, Patrick Carney, welcomed a baby girl after the singer suffered a miscarriage in December 2020.

“Welcome to the world, sweet Willie girl ❤️ Willie Jacquet Carney was born on 2/2/22,” Branch, 38, captioned an Instagram photo of their newborn on Thursday.

Little Willie was seen swaddled in a floral blanket while wearing a gray and pink striped hat with a bow as she rested her eyes.

The “Goodbye To You” singer also shared the meaning behind her little girl’s name choice.

“She’s named after Patrick’s grandmother Willie Madge and has my mother’s maiden name/my middle name,” she said, adding, “We’re so in love ?.”

The Black Keys member, 41, also shared in the excitement by posting the news to his own social media.

“The stork came February 2 at 7:12 am and dropped off a baby girl for @michellebranch and I,” he wrote, adding that their baby was “7 pounds 5 ounces and 18 FEET HEIGHT.”

Branch announced in August 2021 that she was pregnant again after suffering a miscarriage in 2020.

“To further twist a dagger in my heart, I experienced my first miscarriage…,” she wrote at the time.

But the singer said she found comfort being surrounded by loved ones during the holidays during her heartbreak.

“But alas, between the crying and binge eating of Christmas cookies, I decided to put on lipstick and a dress. We drank champagne alllll day. Made an incredible meal and sang Christmas songs snuggled up by a roaring fire,” she said.

Branch and Carney got engaged in 2017 and welcomed their first child together, Rhys, the next year. They then tied the knot in 2019.

She also shares daughter Owen, 16, with her first husband, Teddy Landau, to whom she was married from 2004 to 2015.
