A former dancer and model said illegal bum injections gave her “big booty problems”.
Courtney Barnes, 35, has been left with a sagging and bumpy behind.
She has begged surgeons to get her bottom “back to normal”, but they think it’ll be a pretty tricky task.
On an episode of Botched, Dr Terry Dubrow said the tissue would need to be “amputated”.
He said: "The masses are so superficially located that you absolutely cannot remove all of them unless you basically amputate.
"Amputate the whole booty."

Courtney, who is also known as Ms Miami, believes the problem was caused by hydrogel.
She got these illegally injected into her rear – and then they began reacting badly and causing her behind to sag.
She said: “I have big booty problems.
“I went through six rounds of illegal butt injections, leaving me with 60 inches of booty.
“My butt does sag and has some discolouration and I don’t like this.”
Dr Paul Nassif is surprised the botched bottom op didn’t cause any more serious problems.
He said: “Courtney’s butt is lumpy, bumpy, firm, tender.
“Courtney is very lucky that she hasn’t had any complications.”
The patient has rejected doctors’ suggestion of amputating her behind – so they’re now trying to think of an alternative.
Courtney hopes sharing her story will make women think more carefully before going under the knife.
She added: “At one point I wanted a bigger butt at any cost, but now I realize it could cost me my life and that’s why I wanted to bring the awareness to other women.”
