Mum reveals how she bounced back 14 days after giving birth – and is slammed

A woman was slammed for boasting about getting her pre-pregnancy body back in 14 days – and she's now faced the wrath of the internet again.

Aga Bordes is a self-confessed ‘hot' mum who prides herself on her toned figure.

But she found herself in the middle of so controversy when she revealed the short time she 'recovered' after birthing her baby.

The blonde beauty certainly divided opinion on the video sharing app – as some people felt that she was pushing unrealistic beauty standards on women to shed the baby weight quickly.

But others supported Aga and praised her for getting her body ‘back’ so quickly after giving birth to her tiny tot.

And now, the Texas-based mum has revealed how she managed to transform with a bunch of tips.

In a clip that has racked up 52,000 views, Aga donned a cut-out brown swimsuit which cheekily showed off her whole thighs and the side of her waist.

The beach wear also featured an asymmetric design which revealed one of her shoulders.

To finish the look, the petite mum wore her blonde locks down and glammed up her nails with some baby pink talons.

She then wrote text in the video to explain how she got so fit, in such a short amount of time – and at this point she was only 11 days postpartum.

Aga said: “11 days post partum, how did I recover so fast?”

The ‘hot mum’ then listed three steps that she followed to enable her to ‘bounce back’ after giving birth.

She shared: “I was watching what I eat during pregnancy.

“I was working out during pregnancy until the delivery.”

“I started going for walks [a] few days after delivery.”

Aga realised that she was lucky to be able to get her pre-baby body back.

She captioned the post: “I am blessed to recover so fast.”

But, some people were not too impressed with Aga’s ‘tips’ and pointed out that many new mums struggle to shift the pounds.

One person slammed: “You must be insecure to have to post all about it. Way to go by making other first time mums feel they should be exercising, eating healthy and weight loss when they don’t need too.

“Just another video contributing to the absolute horrible toxic culture of social media.”

Another user added: “Great for you! Not everyone has the luxury to work out as much as you.”

A third person noted: “Please acknowledge genetics. Coming from someone with good genetics myself so no I’m not hating sis!”

Despite some negative remarks towards her post-birth transformation, others congratulated Aga for her efforts.

One person supported: “Regardless, you look phenomenal.”

Someone else voiced: “Absolutely agree with these! I did very similar and with my second too. It’s hard work mama. People saying it’s easy after your first. No it’s called having intention and sticking with it, you look beautiful.”

And, this user expressed: “I did the same but took little bit longer for me. You look great.”
