Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was ambushed and brutally beaten by a group of men while he was in a Florida gym, according to footage shared on Twitter.
The video shows a group of men standing over the rainbow-haired performer and punching him as he cowers on the floor of the LA Fitness restroom.
The men yell at him to “shut the f–k up” as they continue to assault the “GOOBA” rapper.
Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, told TMZ that he had been using the facility’s sauna when he was jumped.
Lazzaro also said Tekashi, born Daniel Hernandez, did not have security with him at the time of the attack.
LA Fitness employees called police and emergency services who transported the convicted felon to a nearby hospital to treat injuries to his jaw, ribs and back as well as cuts and bruises.
Lazzaro told the outlet he plans to call the Feds to get his client the security he needs, as Tekashi was granted early release from prison for narcing on his fellow gang members who are now in prison.

The 26-year-old rapper — who pleaded guilty to racketeering and other charges — had faced decades behind bars before agreeing to cooperate with the government and testify against members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
The “Gotti” performer revealed during his testimony in September 20129 that he turned into a snitch the day after he was arrested in 2018.
Tekashi claimed he used the violent crew for “street credibility” while testifying against his alleged former associates Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.
His headline-making testimony came as rapper Snoop Dogg taunted the artist on Instagram with emojis of rats for snitching on his former associates.
It’s unclear if the gym attack is related to his snitching.
