His main income now comes from the premium footwear line.
The star built his footwear business from scratch despite having no formal design training shortly after joining the TOWIE cast following a chance request from a casting director.

Tommy joined the show in 2014 unemployed and quickly became a household name with his fiancée Georgia Kousoulou, who he has been with for seven years now.
With his face now in the limelight, the 28 year old decided to try out and idea and design a pair of trainers with a friend, his now business partner, who had access to a factory and could make a prototype.
The original idea was to create custom shoes for himself but when he saw the finished products, he saw a business in the making.
Mallet London has since gone from strength to strength ever since, and currently stocked in 145 locations around the world.
His footwear is on sale at Level Shoes, located in the Dubai Mall and considered the largest shoe retailer in the world, followed by Harrods and Selfridges.
The trainers are now known for their signature metallic heel clips has started off with just mens’ trainers but has now branched out into women’s shoes, clothing and even a kids range.
Tommy’s trainers sell for around £175, while the children’s shoes cost around £135.
The TOWIE star has recently been included in the highly coveted Forbes 30 under 30 list of most successful entrepreneurs.
The 28 year old, who recently shared a peek inside his and pregnant fiancée Georgia Kousoulou's Essex mansion, took to his Instagram feed to share the exciting news for his 1million followers to see.
The reality star shared a snap of his profile on the website, which listed him as the founder of Mallet London, which is thought to be worth £2.5million, and his personal net worth is over £1 million.
Clearly over the moon by the development, he captioned the post: "Honoured to be chosen for the Forbes 30 under 30 list!! FORBES LIST YOU KNOW Thank you @forbes," [sic] followed by a celebration hands emoji.

The TV personality's brand has been worn by many high-profile celebrities, including Drake, will.i.am, Craig David and Olly Murs.
Forbes wrote of Tommy: "Tommy Mallet left school due to dyslexia with no qualifications and he worked as a carpenter before becoming a reality TV star.
"The sneakerhead channelled his passion into his own footwear line in 2015, and the business clocked £11.8million in sales in 2020 with its shoes and apparel stocked in over 150 stores around the world."
