TSB has gone down again this morning with some customers unable to login to their online banking or to the mobile app.
The bank has admitted the problems, but some customers say it's the second time they've been locked out of accounts in just one week.
It comes on the day millions are due to be paid benefits, including Universal Credit, ahead of the Easter bank holiday weekend.
Others on social media report that their wages are also due this week.
In a statement on its website TSB said: "We’re aware that a number of our customers are reporting problems logging in to internet banking and the mobile app.
"We’re currently looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible."
There are currently 514 reports of problems on website DownDetector.
Of these, 57 per cent say the problem relates to internet banking, while 40 per cent say they've experiencing issues with mobile banking.
The outage appears to affect customers across England, Scotland, and Wales.
One frustrated customer wrote on Twitter: "@TSB you send me a message asking me to put money in my account because I’m overdrawn (I have money in my savings account) but the app is down for the second time in a week."
Another wrote: "Come on guys. When I read of key workers not being able to transfer money to pay for their lunch, it’s really not on and “Sorry” doesn’t cut it does it?
"It’s utterly shameful. Can you explain EXACTLY what has happened?"
Someone else added: "Can we update online banking so it actually works!!! Second time in a week I can’t log on, sort it."
Another wrote: "@TSB well we all know what T S B stands for don’t we?????
"Not surprising the bank came towards the bottom yet again in 2019 for everything!!!
"In these trying times when people need online access to their accounts it doesn’t work! An absolute disgrace and heads need to roll again!"
Someone else said: "@TSB your internet banking app is down again.
"I get paid tomorrow please tell me this is going to be resolved by then? Honestly becoming a weekly occurrence!"
The Sun has contacted TSB for more information and we'll update this story as soon as we get a response.
Just yesterday, TSB bosses promised to give bonuses to front line staff dealing with the coronavirus crisis.
The bank is also waiving interest on overdrafts of up to £500.
TSB last year became the first bank to declare a "Fraud Refund Guarantee" when it promised to refund cash stolen from innocent victims by fraudsters.
