Parveen's Indian Kitchen

Acknowledging the vastness of India and its cuisine, this new series from British cook and presenter Parveen Ashraf is focused on the country's north, which apparently means dairy-based dishes and butter chicken for starters. The show alternates between the streets of Delhi and the studio kitchen, although it's noticeable despite some chatty guests that Ashraf doesn't appear to have made it to India herself.
