The TV production company founded by Holly Willoughby's husband Dan Baldwin has seen its assets plunge by £1.6million.
The latest accounts for Hungry Bear Media Ltd make grim reading, with assets having tanked from £1.83m in 2020 to just £256,000.
Holly's husband Dan founded the company in 2014 and he is listed as managing director on the companies house website.

The figures, acquired by the Daily Mail, also show that Hungry Bear Media Ltd slashed its number of employees by almost half, from 38 down to just 20.
The company has created programmes such as Michael McIntyre's Big Show, The Wheel and Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof, which is co-presented by Holly and Lee Mack.
The Daily Mail reported that a spokesperson for the company declined to comment.
The news is the latest blow for Holly, who is increasingly likely to leave This Morning before the end of the year, according to bookies.
Holly and Phillip Schofield, who have shared the ITV daytime sofa for 13 years, have seen their popularity plummet in the wake of the queue-jump scandal.

That has seen punters place a number of bets on the pair to leave imminently.
Ladbrokes were offering odds as short as 6/4 for Holly and Phil not to be presenting This Morning at the start of 2023.
