X Factor star Honey G has lifted the lid on her fitness transformation after "changing her whole body shape".
The 2016 ITV star spoke exclusively to the Daily Star at the Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance premiere.
She told us: "I've had a personal trainer for the past two years and he's helped me change my whole body shape. I've been doing triathlons as well. My body is quite robust because when I was younger, I used to be a county tennis player. But I'm combining it all with diet as well.

"It's still ongoing, it is a work in progress but I'm working really hard and just trying to be the best version of myself."
The musician also likes to switch up her iconic shades and hat look for a slice of glam nowadays.
Talking about her change of style, she explained: "I like to switch it up – it really depends on the day,
"The fitness transformation has given me the confidence to dress in more adventurous clothing and clothing that is more feminine. If I want to wear my tracksuits, I will rock them. If I want to put a dress on, then I can. I'm a strong independent woman and can rock whatever look I want and I just hope nobody criticizes me for it."
Honey G also touched upon the show that shot her to stardom returning to screens and how the fame of the show made her feel.
She continued: "Yeah, I mean obviously it is amazing to be somebody who is looked up to, well respected, and well regarded. I take pride in who I am and who I am also trying to be.
"I'm in a work in progress as well. Everyone is striving for where they want to go and in human nature we always want more."
But would she be up for helping out in the reboot?
"It's so funny I get asked this question all the time and I have no idea but if it is coming back then brilliant. I would love to be involved and be a judge, as I have a degree in music.
"I don't know who I'd replace potentially, I'm not looking to replace anyone, I'm a force within my own right. I'm somebody to be reckoned with and I want to be considered as a woman and as a musician, and if it was coming back then I think I am a very strong candidate to be either a judge or guest judge on the show."
World Premiere for Rise of Footsoldier:Vengeance at Odeon, Leicester Square on 13th September, Exclusively in UK and Ireland cinemas from Friday 15th September.
