James 'Arg' Argent showed off his incredible weight loss in a fitted black shirt as he enjoyed a glam night out with former co-star Lucy Mecklenburgh.
The TOWIE star has shed a whopping 14 stone in the last couple of years and bears no comparison to how he looked before he got started on his weight loss journey.
A snap shared on Instagram showed Arg with Lucy and her fiancé Ryan Thomas in Majorca.

The TV star looked trimmer than ever in his tight black shirt, which he wore with a fair few buttons undone, and white jeans.
Posing for a cute picture with the pair, he told his fans: "They surprised me at my gig.”
He added a heart emoji to the snap.
Arg, 35, once weighed 27 stone and previously shared on Instagram that he had been “depressed” and that doctors had warned him that he was “on death row”.
He underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2021 and went on to drop an incredible 14 stone, wowing his fans.
The star later told his followers that he had “never felt happier or healthier” than he did after shedding the pounds and adopting a healthier lifestyle.
“I can honestly say that it was the best decision I've ever made,” he said after having the procedure.
After he slimmed down, the TV star put in the hours in the gym to tone up but he was left with some loose skin around his stomach.
He has now had the excess skin removed and revealed earlier this year that it had made a real difference to how he felt.
MailOnline quoted the reality star as saying: "I am confident in the bedroom now… regardless of whether it's romantically or by a beach or in clothes, across the board I am more confident now in all of those areas."
