Lady Gaga has teamed up with Global Citizen and the World Health Organisation for a musical extravaganza. The concert is to raise funds for the COVID-19 Response Fund, powered by the UN Foundation. A huge host of acts are performing, but can UK fans watch the gig?
How to watch One World Together At Home
The gig is being performed and broadcast live by a number of broadcasters in the USA on Saturday, April 18.
In the UK, the BBC has won the rights to broadcast the concert and will do so on Sunday, April 19.
So this means you can’t watch it live as she performs to US timings, but you will still be able to see the whole performance.
The BBC One programme will feature highlights from the live event, as well as exclusive performances from UK artists and interviews with front line workers, meaning the original broadcast will be adapted rather than played as it was.
However, extra performances from the global broadcast which were not featured in the UK adapted version will be available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
Lorna Clarke, the controller for BBC Pop, said of the booking: “I’m thrilled that BBC One is to broadcast coverage of this very special event, featuring some of the world’s most loved musicians, to show support to care workers all over the world at this challenging time.”
At present, timings are yet to be confirmed.

Who is performing at One World Together At Home?
There are a huge number of stars performing, with the programme “curated” by Lady Gaga herself.
People will be expecting her to perform, as well as a number of her friends and even potential collaborators.
However, one thing we know about Lady Gaga is how her musical tastes are pretty varied, given her vastly changing sound in her albums.
Pop artists who will be performing include Billie Eilish and Finneas, Chris Martin as “Coldplay,” despite his other band members unlikely to be able to join him, and Elton John, who has himself hosted a similar gig to raise funds for American charities.
Alanis Morissette, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Eddie Vedder, country singer Kacey Musgraves and Keith Urban are also in the line up.
Other performers include Lizzo, Maluma, J Balvin, Burna Boy,Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder, as well as John Legend, who has also performed an “at home” gig via his Instagram.
Alongside these performers are also some big names of the classical scene, including Andrea Bocelli and pianist Lang Lang.
There are also some other contributors, though whether they are performing is unknown, as the list contains names such as David Beckham, Idris and Sabrina Elba, Kerry Washington, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan and the Friends of Sesame Street.
