Louise Redknapp has praised her ex-husband Jamie Redknapp for "picking up the pieces" with their kids while she is on tour.
The 46-year-old beauty has rekindled her love for singing in recent years and even released her first solo album in years.
And now she is jetting around as her tour sees her fly around the world while Jamie, 47, and their grandmother look after the couple's two children, Charles, 16, and Beau, 11, while she is away performing for her fans.
Louise is finally living the life she enjoys, after previously saying she missed the spotlight, but now she says she has "mum guilt".
Following her divorce, Louise's career has been going from strength to strength and now she has thanked Jamie for his help.
Speaking to Sophie Ellis-Bextor on her Spinning Plates podcast, the star opened up on how she has developed "mum guilt".
She told Sophie: "I learnt that you can still be a really good mum and it's OK, I told myself for so long that I can't have it all.
"And now I realise you can go away, you can work and you can be out of the house for a period of time without letting your kids down!"
Louise went on to reveal that she and Jamie never got a nanny and when she's away her mum looks after the kids.
She continued: "I'm really lucky that my mum looks after the kids when I'm not here.
"I've never had a nanny, just had my mum, and they've got a dad who'd a real hands-on dad, who can pick up the pieces when I'm not here and oversee everything.
"Don't get me wrong, for a while, I still had that mum guilt but I think the mum guilt's gone."
Louise continued: "I'm learning to not let the mum guilt embed."
Jamie and Louise divorced in January 2018 and in September 2017 Louise spoke on This Morning for the first time about the split.
She told host Eamonn Holmes: "I think that it has been so heavily documented and of course we all go through hard times.
"My priority and his priority is our children and protecting them and keeping as much of it as private as possible and loving them and putting them first and that’s what we're focusing on."
