Normani and Megan Thee Stallion appear to be teaming up for the Birds Of Prey soundtrack lead single and judging by the teasers, it looks like they’re ready to slay.
Birds Of Prey: And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn will see Margot Robbie reprise her role as her insanely wild and unpredictable Suicide Squad character for her own standalone movie.
And it sounds like the Birds Of Prey soundtrack will be just as cool as its predecessor’s with Normani and Meg apparently on-board.
Hot Girl Summer rapper Meg casually released several photos from their upcoming music video on Wednesday and they are a sight to behold.
One of the snaps shows the 24-year-old rapper dazzling in a gold jewelled jumpsuit while standing in the middle of a fun house. In another, she’s wielding Harley Quinn’s mallet and frankly, we’re not sure who we trust less with the weapon.
Normani, 23, makes an appearance sitting next to the rapper in a car wearing a large grey fur coat.
The track is rumoured to be titled Diamonds and was co-written by Tayla Parx and Kameron Glasper, both of whom have previously worked with Normani.
Tayla said in an Instagram post: ‘We snatchin wigs all 2020 brace yourself [sic].’
It seems Normani and Meg couldn’t be more of a perfect fit to lead the soundtrack as the rapper captioned the teasers: ‘I don’t kno if I attract crazy or if I makem that way [sic].’
Wowza! Normani then warned: ‘We’ll beat they a*s on ladies night.’

Little else is known about the Birds Of Prey soundtrack but Doja Cat has also confirmed her involvement, sharing scenes from the video shoot with the caption: ‘Shooting @birdsofpreymusic video for my new song #bossb***h Thank you @highsnobietyand @kevweaver ? photo by @tylerart.’
With Megan wielding a mallet and Doja Cat with a baseball bat, we’d be very scared of anyone who’s scorned them.
Birds Of Prey will follow Harley Quinn’s journey post-Suicide Squad after parting ways with the Joker and joining forces with a new group. It’ll also star Jurnee Smollet-Bell, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Rosie Perez, Ella Jay Basco and Ewan McGregor.
Birds Of Prey is set for release on 7 February 2020.
