Piers Morgan took aim at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as he blasted them as "disingenuous clowns" on social media.
The 56-year-old former Good Morning Britain presenter took to Twitter to slam the royal couple to his 7.9 million followers.
Piers reacted to a statement issued by Prince Harry and Meghan's foundation, Archewell, on the current Spotify issue.
Earlier, Meghan and Harry expressed their concern to Spotify about Covid-19 misinformation on its platform and how they are committed to continuing to work with the company.
Piers' tweet read: "If anyone knows about 'spreading disinformation', it's these two disingenuous clowns & their sycophantic media lickspittle."
Piers's tweet was in response to a tweet made by Omar Scobie, the royal Editor for Harper's Bazaar, who shared a tweet of the statement by a spokesperson for royal couple's foundation's Archewell.
Omid's tweet read: "In light of the ongoing controversy surrounding @Spotify's continued support of Joe Rogan, whose podcast has spread proven misinformation about Covid-19 and vaccine efficacy, a spokesperson for Archewell (Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's foundation) says…"
The statement read: "Since the inception of Archewell, we have worked to address the real-time global misinformation crisis.
"Hundreds of millions of people are affected by the serious harms of mis- and disinformation every day.
"Last April, our co-founders began expressing concerns to our partners at Spotify about the all too real consequences of Covid misinformation on its platform.
We have continued to express our concerns to Spotify to ensure changes to its platform are made to help address this public health crisis.
"We look to Spotify to meet this moment and are committed to continuing our work together as it does."
In another tweet directed at the royal couple, Piers said: "Note: no suggestion of returning all the $$$ that @Spotify have paid them."
After posting his jab-online, Piers had received some comments from his followers.
One added: "And you also called out the other artists doing the same?"
Another penned: "Once again they think that they have incredible influence when in reality they don't to most people."
Harry and Meghan are due to release new episodes of their show on the streaming service.
The boycott began after Neil Young spoke out against the streaming platform, demanding his music be taken off the site because it allegedly allowed Joe Rogan to spread misinformation about Covid-19 vaccines on his podcast.
His statement was backed by a number of stars, including singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell and now the Sussexes.
Last March, the former Good Morning Britain had quit the ITV show after the had been criticised for his remarks about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, which were made following the couple's interview with Oprah Winfrey.
