Shawn Mendes has debuted a brand new ‘do for the new year and fans are going wild for his new look.
The singer often sports his brunette hair with short sides and long on the top, but it appears Shawn has gone down a completely different route with his new buzz cut.
Mendes was spotted leaving a gym in West Hollywood wearing a black top, shorts, socks and shoes with his headphones in as he left his workout.

The star’s new shaven head helps to show off his striking jawline and gorgeous facial features and fans simply can’t get enough of the look.
One fan on Twitter called it a “beautiful photo” while another simply used a heart eye emoji to express their feelings.
Another fan tweeted: “He looks good, I’m just gonna miss his iconic hair so much but I will support him no matter what. I hope you’re happy and healthy, babe.”
One simply wrote: “Shawn Mendes cut his hair and I love it.”
However, some fans were divided over the singer’s new ‘do and shared their thoughts.
A not-so-keen fan tweeted: “Why does Shawn Mendes look like he’s going through it with this new ‘hair’,” and signed off with a skull emoji.
Another fan urged him to “bring back his hair right now” while another hilariously asked him to “glue his hair back on”.
His new years transformation comes soon after he treated fans to a topless video of himself doing a “polar bear challenge”.
The singer, who only wore a tiny pair of black boxers, celebrated the holidays by dunking himself into an ice cold stream.
24-year-old Mendes jumped in and submerged himself for the so-called “polar bear plunge”.
The pals he was with were equally as shocked at his antics as they gasped from behind the camera, while one friend could be heard asking “what he was doing”.
As he clambered into the water, Shawn expressed that “it was cold” before he put his clothes back on and claimed that he “couldn’t feel a thing”.
Mendes then posted the video on his Instagram profile with the caption “merry christmas” and his 71 million followers were left gawking over his toned physique.
