Shirley Ballas showed off her toned figure in a strapless black swimsuit during her heath retreat in Portugal.
The 62-year-old Strictly Come Dancing judge could be seen working up a sweat on an exercise bike, but she made sure to keep herself refreshed with a cool beverage in hand.
She took to Instagram on Wednesday (August 2) with a hilarious clip that showed her reading a book titled 7-Day Juice Challenge, joking with fans she 'couldn't put it down'.

Shirley was also seen reading it in the sauna, in the swimming pool, and inside a rubber ring as well as doing yoga at Jason Vale's Juicy Oasis retreat in central Portugal.
She told fans she was having a great time on the retreat as she captioned the snap: "When you can't put the book down… @jasonvale @juicemasterretreats having a marvellous time.
"Relaxing, rejuvenating and getting fit Xxx #juicyoasis #relaxing #jasonvale #workout #portugal."
The dancer looked incredible in the black swimsuit, teaming her look with a black and white cap and sunglasses to shield her eyes from the sun.
Shirley accessorised with a tasteful white pendant necklace and glammed up with elegant pink nails.
The BBC star recently revealed her judging approach in the Strictly ballroom, admitting she comes across as "strict".
She told Hello! magazine: "All about the four F's; fun, firm, feisty and fair.
"I may look and come across as quite strict, but I want the celebrities to know that when they are stood in front of me my heart will be pumping a thousand miles an hour for them in that moment and I'll want to give them comments to inspire them.

Shirley, dubbed the Queen of Latin, has been head judge on Strictly since 2017, taking over from the late Len Goodman in 2017.
She stopped competing in dance competitions in 1996 to become a dancing coach and judge.
