The Wanted fans are growing increasingly worried for Tom Parker after a string of ‘concerning’ social media posts from his bandmates.
The iconic boy-band wrapped up their live tour this weekend after reuniting for the first time in seven years after an extended hiatus.
And the Glad You Came hitmakers performed all their greatest hits, with Tom Parker joining them on stage sat atop a stunning throne for the performance.
The band has also announced an extra gig after live horse racing in the summer.
They initially reunited at Tom Parker’s Inside My Head concert in September 2021, to raise awareness and proceeds for Stand Up To Cancer with Channel 4.
And now his bandmates have all posted the same message on social media – while Tom, who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in October 2020 – has stayed resolutely silent.
Max George, Jay McGuinness, Siva Kaneswaran and Nathan Sykes have all posted various snaps of all five lads together, with the caption: "Dream team."
Jay followed up: "It’s the boys!"
Though the foursome all seemed happy and rather exhilarated after finishing up the tour, the move has sparked concern from fans due to Tom’s continued silence.
Meanwhile, Tom’s last Instagram post came almost a week ago with the announcement of his new book – which he promises "is not about dying; it’s a book about living".
Taking to Twitter, one worried fan prodded Tom: "C’mon @TomParker your turn. Dream team?"
As someone else wondered: "What is this Dream Team thing all about?"
"Your turn? Dream Team? @TomParker love you LOTS!" a third tweeted.
As someone else said: "What’s happening? I’m worried #TheWanted."
Another quickly penned: "I know everyone’s worried, we might be panicking for no reason at all, but despite what happens, they’ve given us so much. You boys have all my love."
And another social media user said: "@TomParker hasn’t even liked any of the lads’ posts… hope he is okay."
Tom’s doctors confirmed more than a year ago that he was suffering from a grade four glioblastoma tumour – the "worst-case scenario".
Though life expectancy for the condition ranges from just three months to a year, Tom received chemotherapy and radiotherapy in a bid to prolong his life.
He then went on to undergo private hospital treatment in Spain, and was seen using a wheelchair backstage at The Wanted’s Greatest Hits tour.
His youngest son Bodhi was born just weeks after Tom’s diagnosis.
