RAPPER 50 Cent is producing and starring in Skill House, a Horror film so gory that a member of the crew fainted while filming.
50 Cent and director-writer Josh Stolberg have confirmed that a camera operator, who has remained anonymous, collapsed during a particularly gruesome kill scene.
Skill House is an upcoming horror film written and directed by Josh Stolberg, who worked on the eighth and ninth instalments of the SAW franchise.
47-year-old rapper 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is starring in and producing the feature.
The film’s synopsis suggests it is a dark satire of social media and influencer culture. According to IMDb, it is an “unflinching take on fame and what new celebrities are willing to do to attain it.”
Speaking to The Wrap, Josh dubbed the film “a new generation of horror.”
Filming only began in early July, but on Saturday 16, one scene got so intense that one of the Skill House cameramen collapsed and production came to a halt.
The director shared the incident on Twitter the following day.

He said: “Yikes!!! We shot a kill scene last night and the camera operator became so nauseated that he passed out and the camera crashed to the ground. Had to stop down for a 1/2 hour. He’s okay now but… get ready for some crazy sh**!”
Thankfully, the camera operator was absolutely fine after the incident and filming was also able to resume.
However, the cast and crew have explained that this highlights just how “crazy” the horror film is.
Adding to Josh’s earlier Tweet, 50 Cent said: “Crazy night one of our cameramen passed out cold for 30min from the scene. Couldn’t take how real it was. We’re elevating horror to the next level. This is gonna change the rules of the game. #skillhouse.”
