It looks like BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker and weather lady Carol Kirkwood are back at it again, as they continued to make cheeky jibes at each other on Tuesday morning’s show.
Dan, 44, and Carol, 58, usually do get quite cocky with one another in the mornings and today was certainly no exception.
Just before broadcaster Dan was about to introduce the weather segment he seemed to "pinch" into Carol’s time, something she was quick to pick up on.
Dan said: "Er, hold on it’s eleven minutes past seven."
Co-host Louise Minchin giggled: "Were you waiting for the seconds to move?"
Dan replied: "Yes I was, very Alan Partridge there, news. Here’s the weather now with Carol. Good morning Carol."
Weather lady Carol chimed: "Good morning, and you’re pinching my time there."
Taken aback, Dan said: "Sorry, sorry wasted two seconds. You’re wasting your own time now!"
The weather forecaster then exclaimed: "I know!"
Once Carol had finished presenting the weather, Dan said abruptly "are you finished?"
But quick-witted Carol came firing back and said: "No I can carry on, so tomorrow…"
Presenters Louise and Dan couldn't help but see the funny side to it all and burst into laughter.
Yesterday, the broadcasters went toe to toe yet again, when Dan told Carol to "go and sort her tickle cough out".
While presenting the weather, Carol seemed to choke up slightly and began to cough.
Which led Dan to comment: "Thanks for that Carol. Go sort that tickly cough out, I think you need a big brew."
Red-faced, the weather lady replied: "Yeah that sounds good."
