THE BBC are so keen to repeat the success of The Traitors, they’ve commissioned a similar series.
Destination X sees ten contestants embark on a road trip, but have no idea of their location.
The contestants travel on a bus and while onboard clues are provided to help them and viewers figure out their location but some may be red herrings designed to mislead them.
At the end of each episode, the contestant who places their X on a map furthest away from the bus’s actual location has to leave the game and loses their shot at winning a cash prize.
The series is another link-up with the BBC and US network NBC, who co-commissioned The Traitors, hosted last year by Claudia Winkleman.
BBC confirmed the smash-hit reality show would be back for a seconds series earlier this year after it quickly became must-watch TV when it launched in November 2022.
