DIAMONDS are a girl’s best friend — just ask Bella Hadid.
But the US supermodel — dripping in lavishly expensive gems for this Victoria’s Secret photoshoot — says today’s modern women should not wait for the men in their lives to stump up the cash to buy them.
Bella, who at 25 is already reportedly worth about £18.5million, called on women to buy their own sparklers.
She said: “I want to say, ‘Let’s be strong women together’.
If you don’t have a man to buy you diamonds, you can be the man who buys the diamonds for yourself.”
It comes after The Sun reporter how American Bella, the sister of model Gigi Hadid, 26, recently returned to front the brand as it tries to rebuild its reputation following sleaze allegations.
She recently stated that “a lot has changed” at the company — which is why she wanted to work with them again.
