BRITAIN'S Got Talent support act Ian Royce has updated followers on his rehab stint, which Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly helped to pay for.
The 50-year-old, who is also the warm-up act on the X Factor, is currently receiving help for his battle with sex addiction and alcoholism.
After successfully completing 28 days in The Priory, Ian will now fly abroad to continue his treatment.
He wrote on Twitter: "I just wanted to let you all know that my first 28 days of treatment, have come to an end and I will now be going abroad for the next 3 months to continue my treatment and really work on me and issues that have been buried deep for 40 years.
"As well as my alcohol addiction I have also surrendered to my sex and love addictions stemming from my past which have affected my relationships greatly.
"I am committed to working on all of the above to be a better person to me and to others."
The comedian went on to thank those who had supported him along the way, insisting he wouldn't name drop.
Ian said: "I have f**ked up big time in many areas of my life and I want to apologize to everyone who was caught up in my madness.
"I want to thank everyone who has stood by me, supported me – financially and emotionally. I know this is my last chance at life having been near death more than once."
He added: "I will be off social media for this duration and I am looking forward to bringing home a new Ian for 2020 who will be true, honest and committed to staying well. So I am wishing you all love and happiness (and a happy Christmas and New Year!!).
"And a massive thank you to again to everyone who is making this happen (no name dropping!). The support has been incredible and I am so so grateful to everyone from the bottom of my heart. Until 2020. Ian xx."
Earlier this month, he took to Twitter to announce he was heading to rehab after raising nearly £13,000 with the the help of stars such as Simon Cowell, Robbie Williams, and Ant and Dec.
He set up a GoFundMe page in a bid to tackle his alcoholism for once and for all.
In a previous video, Ian, who has admitted considering taking his own life on the fundraising bio, said: "Please, please, please give me some hope."
Ant and Dec went on to donate £2,500 to his fund.
Meanwhile The Mirror added that Robbie, 45, who was a judge on The X Factor, said: "Mate, I'm happy to pay for your rehab, consider it done. We are all rooting for you."
