Coronation Street fans were left annoyed on Wednesday's episode as they pointed out Kevin Webster's "hypocrisy" as he judged Abi Franklin after her surprise newborn baby.
Only recently, Abi gave birth three months early after a surprise pregnancy with estranged husband Kevin thinking her ex Tez is the father but it's actually Imran Habeeb.
During Wednesday's episode, Abi's newborn son Alfie had to undergo an operation and the new mum burst into tears when she saw Kevin sitting in the waiting room.
Kevin was left shocked and annoyed by the baby news as he questioned how she could cheat on him as well as asking whether Tez knew.
However, soap fans were quick to point out that Kevin shouldn't be so quick to judge as he fathered son Jack during a past affair on the cobbles.
Viewers will recall that Kevin had an affair with Tyrone Dobbs' late partner Molly while he was married to Sally Metcalfe, which resulted in Molly giving birth to Jack before she was tragically killed off the cobbles in 2010.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Kevin is so hard on Abi that had one night fling but he had whole fling with Molly behind Sallys back and hence Jack was born…#Corrie."
A different account joked: "Kevin must have memory loss.. didn’t he sleep with Molly when he was with Sally? and that’s how Jack was made…#corrie."
Another follower wrote: "I'm sorry, I can't take any of what Kevin's saying seriously, it's ridiculous. Somebody remind him where Jack came from!! #Corrie."
A different viewer pointed out: "Am I the only one annoyed with how much of a hypocrite Kevin is? He had an affair and child with his mates wife #Corrie."
While another soap watcher added: "#Corrie Kevin is a hypocrite! He fathered a child with Tyrone’s wife !!!!"
However, despite the initial awkward reunion, Kevin kindly offered Abi the option of staying at his home while she fights to get custody of her baby.
Yet things went from bad to worse when Kevin told son Jack the truth about his stepmother as he stormed out shouting: 'I'm not staying at the house while she's there!"

With Abi later mistaking Kevin's kind offer of staying at his house for rekindling their marriage as she leaned in for a kiss to which he rejected her.
Feeling awkward, Abi said she would move out and the episode ended with the new mum walking on the cobbles as she was left homeless looking for a place to stay the night.
