Coronation Street’s Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) was definitely not impressed tonight as she walked in on her dad Ken Barlow (Bill Roache) with Claudia Colby (Rula Lenska).
The Coronation Street cast member found a pair of Deirdre’s famous glasses in the cupboard while she was tidying up his house.
Holding them up, she asked: “You have to be ruthless.
“Old specs? How can they bring you joy? I can’t believe these were ever on trend.”
Unfortunately for Claudia, Tracy walked in at the wrong moment, and it is safe to say she wasn’t happy.
She shouted at Claudia: “What the hell do you think you’re doing?
“I came round for my car key, I left it when I came round last night and I find you making fun of my mother’s memory.”
She turned to Ken and said: “God your standards have dropped.”
Meanwhile, fans predicted Tracy would turn murderous and plot revenge on Claudia for making fun of her late mother.
One posted on social media: “Tracy’s killed for less. Get her.”
Another added: “Totally with Tracy then, go on slap her.”
A third wrote: “Claudia trying to chuck out Deirdre’s glasses. Sacrilege.”
Deirdre died on the show in 2015 just before her 60th birthday after actress Anne Kirkbride passed away after a battle with breast cancer.
