Coronation Street star Colson Smith has left fans seriously impressed after sharing a few more snaps which show off his ever-shrinking frame.
The 22-year-old kickstarted a new fitness regime earlier this year, with his new found love of running even brought into Corrie too, with his policeman character Craig Tinker.
In a new set of snaps, the soap star can be seen sitting on the deck of a canal boat travelling down a countryside body of water.
Set for the late summer sunshine, Colson wore a pair of shorts and t-shirt, as well as some sports trainers and some sunglasses.
He captioned the shots: "My parents let me drive for all of six seconds until we started heading diagonally down the canal," adding the hashtag "the rag doll" and the location "Rosie and Jim".
Colson's 162,000 followers were seriously impressed and flocked to his comments section, as well as dropping more than 9,500 likes.
One person commented: "Amazing weight loss man. I know what it takes!"
Another wrote: "Can I just say you are looking amazing! You've lost so much weight, keep it up pal."
A third said: "Amazing person, actor and what an amazing journey you have been through and achieved."
Someone else told him: "You look awesome, congrats on achieving your goal."
And a fifth added: "Wow! Unbelievable effort on your fitness and weight."

Colson reportedly decided to overhaul his life after getting out of breath while chasing after shoplifters as his Corrie character.
Since then, the young star is said to have lost a whopping 10st and is near unrecognisable from his old self.
He took up running and made the most of lockdown with plenty of home workouts, which he documented on his Instagram.

The ITV regular previously told Lorraine Kelly: "I sat down with Rob Brennan, who's the life coach, and we worked through everything I could do to make it as easy as possible.
"So I have my breakfast and lunches delivered, and they're still being delivered now, which means cooking I don't have to think about, I can just eat.
"And in terms of the gym, I've kind of kept in touch with the gym I've been going to in Manchester because they're putting on lots of training programmes on their app.
"I've done the odd Joe Wicks PE, and then it's just making the most out of the situation."
Colson joined Coronation Street as a child actor aged 11, back in August 2011.
Fans have got to see his weight loss efforts on-screen in recent weeks after he returned to the soap following the lockdown which saw filming halted.
Outside of the ITV soap, the actor hosts the Sofa Cinema Club podcast with his co-stars Jack P Shepherd and Ben Price, who play brothers David Platt and Nick Tilsley, respectively.
The lads are well into their second series now, in which they discuss classic films.
They recently released a special episode dedicated to The Green Mile.
