EAMONN Holmes fears having to do the next Celebrity Gogglebox standing up because of his chronic back pain.
The veteran presenter, 61, has been part of the Channel 4 spin-off show since 2019 alongside his wife Ruth Langsford.
Eamonn was diagnosed with a dislocated pelvis and three slipped discs in March.
He's set to return to Celebrity Gogglebox – but worries sitting down for hours will damage his recovery.
He told the Daily Star: "I have some discs that have eroded in my back.
"Apparently sitting down is the back's worst enemy."
Eamonn recently opened up to fans about "learning to walk again" after being left dependent on crutches.
Eamonn revealed he lost nerves in his right leg due to the injury and explained he was trying to strengthen his muscles.
Dressed in workout gear, Eamonn worked out in his garden before getting a massage on a treatment table as he tried to stabilise his pelvis and lower spine.
He told fans: "OK I'm still crutch dependent and the idea is to get rid of this and the man that's going to get rid of this for me is this man James Davis!"
James Davis, a physiotherapist, revealed how he had been "treating Eamonn for a couple of weeks" during the "rehab stage" of his recovery.
Eamonn chimed in of the exercise regime: "This all looks very simple and it is very simple except it's like learning to walk again.
"I've lost nerves in my right leg and there's certain actions I can't do so even the most simple thing is hard but it's getting better."
