EastEnders spoilers: Ruby Allen's mysterious return revealed as she sends Stacey Fowler anonymous texts

STACEY Fowler is left rattled in EastEnders next week when she gets an anonymous text message asking her to go to the E20.

She’s busy reassuring Hayley Slater about motherhood when her cousin has a freak out after seeing Stacey drag a load of clothes to the launderette as the kids have all picked up a bug.

While Hayley worries about how much work it’s going to be, Stacey, played by Lacey Turner in the BBC soap, senses her fear and tries her best to calm her cousin down and tell her it will all be ok.

Later, Stacey is at the pharmacy, picking up supplies for the kids, when she gets the cryptic text telling her to head to the club.

As she goes to the E20 to find out who’s behind the mysterious messages, Stacey is stunned when she gets a huge blast from the past – it’s her old BFF Ruby Allen, returning actress Louisa Lytton.

But why is she back in the Square?

Excited to have her old friend back and happy to have a long overdue catch up, Stacey is quick to agree when Ruby suggests they have a night out together.

Stacey is determined to look her best for the big night out on Friday but is left downhearted when she can’t afford a new dress from Kush’s stall.
