Emma Willis has admitted that she'd "love" to take part in Strictly Come Dancing.

The 45-year-old TV presenter, who is marred to Busted rocker Matt Willis, appeared on Tuesday's edition of This Morning to talk to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford about hosting ITV's new series Cooking With The Stars.

Eights celebrities will put their cooking skills to the test when the new series gets underway tonight (July 13) at 9pm.

The eagerly-awaited show will see the stars matched up with a professional chef who will mentor the celebs who will be pitted against one another.

Conversation quickly turned to Strictly Come Dancing and mother of three Emma said she'd be up for donning a sequin dress and showing off her moves.

The former Big Brother presenter explained: "It's always the end of the year and that time I'm really busy. I've always said i'd love to do it."

"I can't dance and if i signed up to it i'd have to have a dance lesson to see if i want to humiliate myself.

"When I imagine walking down them stairs it just fills me with horror."

She continued: "My legs go to jelly imagining it so it makes me think would I physically be able to do it."

"I’ve been asked in the past but it’s always the time of year when we’re filming The Voice and The Circle.

"The Circle is not happening this year, but let’s hope The Voice is — otherwise I will be doing Strictly."

Emma hosts ITV’s The Voice UK and had fronted Channel 4 reality show The Circle before it was cancelled in May.
