After weeks of speculation over who will deliver the deadly blow, Emmerdale fans were shocked to discover Pierce Harris (played by Jonathan Paul Wrather) had killed Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough). Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) was happily planning a new start with Graham while her abusive ex-husband returned to the village to murder her new lover. As the returning star drops a huge hint on his latest stint on the show, will Rhona take the ultimate revenge or will Pierce get away with his brutal crime?
Despite protests from Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock), Rhona was content with her decision to flee to France with Leo and Graham.
During the fateful day portrayed several times over the last week, Rhona confessed how glad she was to finally be happy to close friend Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick).
When Rhona realises her happiness has been snatched in such a brutal way, will this drive the vet to kill?
ITV soap star Jonathan has hinted Pierce’s return to the village might not be for long.

Discussing his upcoming storylines, Jonathan began: “I don’t know everything that’s going to happen yet.
“I keep getting snippets of stuff and in a way, I kind of don’t want to know the full story just yet.”
The actor teased Emmerdale fans that Pierce’s act of violence might have satisfied whatever drove him to return.
“We thought we saw the last of Pierce a few years ago but he’s back,” he continued.
“However, for how much longer?” Jonathan added. “You’ll just have to wait and see.”
Will Pierce face the consequences of his actions or will he escape into the night just as he appeared?
Meanwhile, Jonathan revealed many of the suspects had no idea Pierce was the real killer.
“Pierce is back in Emmerdale to rustle even more feathers which is a bit of an understatement,” Jonathan explained.
