Emmerdale: Belle chats to Zak about Tom
Emmerdale’s Belle Dingle (played by Eden Taylor-Draper) finally broke the news to her family that she had rekindled her romance with Tom King (James Chase).
Tom recently arrived in the village, although, viewers have quickly become suspicious of the newcomer’s intentions.
During Thursday’s hour-long episode, Belle’s dad, Zak Dingle (Steve Halliwell) made a rare appearance in the ITV soap.
“You’re going to find out anyway,” she told Sam (James Hooton) and Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson). “Thomas King, Tom now.”
“You two are walking out together again?” Zak chipped in as Sam raged: “After the way he treated you?”
“Was it bad?” Vinny asked as Sam added: “He ended up kidnapping her.
“I am your big brother, it is my job to worry about you getting hurt again.”
“So this, Tom is a changed man, is he?” Zak asked before adding: “I am happy for you then, Belle.”
Following the episode, fans took to Twitter in droves to share their thoughts on Zak, with many airing their concerns about his health.
@lindibea went on to point out: “Zak doesn’t look well … #Emmerdale.”

Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) became concerned when checking the baby’s temperature, and told Chloe they needed to go to A&E.
