Freddie Flintoff and his mate Jack Whitehall got to know each other on a whole new level while filming A League Of Their Own, the Top Gear star revealed.
The series sees Freddie, Jamie Redknapp, Romesh Ranganathan and Jack Whitehall travel from the Scottish Highlands to London in a hard-hitting road trip, filled with SAS-style challenges along the way.
At one point, the group was instructed to fill their socks with gravel before pouring water inside the soggy stockings.
Then, the group were required to drink the water, which had been apparently "filtered" by the sock and stones.
Unfortunately, Freddie was chilled to learn comedian Jack had peed upstream when Freddie was scooping up the water, meaning his urine had likely landed in the sock.
During an appearance on Lorraine, Freddie recalled his dismay when he realised he'd inadvertently swallowed Jack's urine.
Presenter Cat Deeley, who is filling in for host Lorraine Kelly during the Easter break, asked the lads how the "filtered" water tasted.
Cricket champ Freddie replied: "It was awful.
"But just out of shot, a bit later on, Jack was having a pee down the stream.
"So it was just coming down into my sock."
The sportsman then made a tongue in cheek reference to his appearance on ITV's DNA Journey with Jamie, which saw the duo trace their family history before the cameras.
"I went on my own DNA journey with Jack, never mind Jamie," he quipped.
Elsewhere in the new season of A League Of Their Own, the lads took on a sniping challenge, attempting to outrun a shooter with a pellet gun.
SAS: Who Dares Wins boss Jason ‘Foxy' Fox dishes out gruelling challenges for the team throughout the series, testing their limits.
Unfortunately, after witnessing their collective struggle to climb out of a river of fast-running water, Foxy branded the team "a hap-hazard bunch of clowns".
Jamie and Freddie have already taken a road trip across Europe with the Sky One series, with the person who wins the most challenges avoiding the grim series forfeit.
Lorraine airs on weekdays at 9am on ITV.
