HELEN Flanagan has revealed a ‘mum fail’ after being left struggling with crippling back pain.
Mum-of-three Helen spoke from her car and could be seen in a blue jumper with her blonde hair up, with youngest child Charlie, who is nearly two, sat behind her.
Opening up on her ‘mum fail’ the 32-year-old told her legion of followers: “I had to do some errands today but I thought I’d let Charlie walk, probably because he’d eaten so many croissants, so I thought I’d let him walk as I wanted him to get some exercise.
“Wow. When will I ever learn? He’s my third child, I should know this by now. He had tantrums the whole time and it took me hours to get my jobs done. I’ve literally pulled my back and my back is in bits. I don’t know how I’ll do my gym session.
“Why didn’t I bring the buggy? And to defeat the object I had to bribe him with chocolate to get him up off the floor.
“I don’t know why I haven’t learnt to bring the buggy like any normal person, especially because it’s snowing.”
