Holly Hagan shows off one stone weight loss as she hits the gym in skimpy pink sports gear – The Sun

HOLLY Hagan showed off her impressive one stone weight loss as she hit the gym in skimpy pink sports gear.

The 27-year-old Geordie Shore star recently revealed that she'd shed 16lb in just 12 weeks – and couldn't resist showing off her enviable figure.

The reality TV favourite looked sensational in pink sports leggings, which she teamed with a long-sleeved crop top that teased a glimpse of her toned abs.

Holly was at a Bolton sports centre to lead a gym fitness class, and she looked as though she was having a whale of a time as she tested the equipment.

In one photo, Holly is squatting as she picks up a ball from the ground – and another snap shows her giggling on a cross trainer.

The beauty can also be seen grinning as she lifts weight, with Holly previously telling fans that she had overhauled her lifestyle in a bid to hit her fitness goals.

Sharing before and after snaps on her Instagram page, Holly wrote: "I’ve been so nervous to post these because this has been so much more than just looking thinner.

"I’m not saying 'go do this and you’ll get my body' I’m simply showing my results from 12 weeks hard work at the gym.

"12 weeks, 16lb down and i can honestly say that @real_life_health_and_fitness has changed my life.

"I still have a long way to go and so many more fitness goals to hit but I feel confident that I’ll get there."

Holly described her lifestyle at the beginning of the programme as "bad", admitting she had three takeaways a week and did no exercise.

It affected her mental health and she was unable to sleep.

The transformation has been stark, with Holly now much stronger and healthier.

She said: "I can’t believe I can now do full press-ups, lift heavy weights, and feel confident in any gym. What shocked me the most is that I’ve done all this eating CARBS! So many carbs!! Daily pancakes and Coco Pops, potatoes, rice EVERYTHING!

"I’ve spent my entire life crash dieting, starving, binging, making myself ill when I didn’t need to.

"I FINALLY feel in control."
