Holly Willoughby fell down to the floor on This Morning when her co-presenter Alison Hammond "rugby tackled" her after the new Great British Bake Off presenter chased her around the studio.
Talking about the hilarious moment together on the sofa with their viewers, Alison, 48, said to Holly: "I'm so out of breath!"
Holly, 42, then explained: "Not only did you catch me, but we sort of collided together," before Alison interrupted by saying: "It was [like] a rugby tackle."
"Yeah!" Holly added. "And I ended up on the floor. This is what happened, you might not have seen…"
Footage of Holly and Alison was then shown, which saw Holly running away from Alison before the latter caught up with her. The Big Brother star then caught Holly in her arms when she fell.
Alison apologised to Holly by saying: "I'm so sorry, you were in my direction. I had to take you out!"
Alison is stepping into Phillip Schofield's shoes as Holly's co-presenter this week – and fans were happy with the decision.
One Twitter user wrote: "It’s Monday, the sun is shining and the best news is Alison is co-hosting ‘This Morning’. Happy days."
"Loving Alison on This Morning today, she makes me smile so much!" another said.
It comes after fans went wild when Friends actress Jennifer Aniston made an appearance on This Morning via video with Adam Sandler to promote their new Netflix film Murder Mystery 2.
As the pair chatted about working together with Holly and Phillip, 60, the four of them were in fits of laughter when Jennifer accidentally swore on live TV.
Jen and Adam were talking about a scene in which Jennifer was "scared to fall off the Eiffel Tower".
Adam said: "They called 'action' and she didn't jump, and I just snuck up and pushed her. It was just fun to see that reaction!"
And Jennifer replied with: "Yes, just for s***s and giggles!" to which she quickly realised she swore on air and covered her mouth in shock.
"Sorry about that, sorry!" Jennifer said to Holly and Phil, before adding: "I'm sure you can bleep that!"
But Phillip explained: "No, no, it's live but don't worry – we love it, it's fine!"
Adam, 56, then made a joke as he said: "At least you said giggles, there was happiness afterwards! Sorry everybody!"
This Morning continues on weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV X.
