Holly sent rude message about her ‘lady garden’
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield appeared to be their usual selves on Wednesday morning and as the show kicked off, they informed viewers of the upcoming segments on the show.
One of which included them speaking to 80-year-old ‘lawn-fluencer’ Stuart Grindle who would be sharing tips on keeping your garden looking impeccable over summer.
The topic made Phillip think of a conversation he had had with Holly before the show as he tried not to laugh.
Acting coy, Holly asked: “What are you referring to Schofield?”
Phillip replied: “Just something that you might have shown me earlier on, that I don’t know if you can actually say it. It’s the best headline I’ve ever seen in my life.”
Holly confessed she wasn’t able to show the article Phillip was referring to on This Morning as it was too rude.
She said: “On my Instagram which I’ll do on the break, I’ll pop it on there, it was something somebody sent me-”
Interrupting, her co-host quipped: “It’s about your lady garden.”

Clearly embarrassed, Holly smiled as she said: “It is quite extraordinary.
“I will share it there for you and then you can make up your own minds.”
True to her word, the 42-year-old took a screengrab of the article about her in a magazine which showed her tending to her garden.
The headline, which she said was too rude to be said on TV read: “Holly fingers her lady garden.”
