THIS Morning host Holly Willoughby has revealed she rows with her husband over the TV remote.
Holly, 40, admits she gets angry when her telly producer spouse of 14 years Dan Baldwin, 46, complains about her TV choices.
In her new book, Reflections, Holly says: “If I’m watching something on TV and my husband suddenly asks, ‘Why are you watching this s***?’, it’ll spark something deep inside and I will get disproportionately angry about it.
“But actually I’m angry because I subconsciously feel as though someone’s trying to control what I’m doing.
“My husband absolutely isn’t trying to control me, but I’m getting a really strong reaction, so maybe I’m worried about control in my life.
“Maybe that’s a sign that I still need to address the issue of control.”
Mum-of-three Holly has previously said she enjoys E4’s Made In Chelsea and Netflix dating show Love Is Blind.
She does not say what shows Dan likes.
Meanwhile, Holly is hoping to calm any irrational anger issues her fans have with the launch of her wellbeing website Wylde Moon and a candle range.
She discovered alternative therapies after visiting a practitioner in 2018.
She said: “Something opened up for me that day. I felt a deep sense of relief within my body that brought me to tears.”
