This Morning host Holly Willoughby shared embarrassing details of having her knickers “cut off” after falling on a trampoline during a P.E lesson.
Holly, 40, described the humiliating encounter on This Morning during a debate with Vanessa Feltz titled 'Do P.E lessons haunt you?'
For the loveable telly star one particular school class sprung to mind as she recalled falling from a trampoline and her knickers having to be cut after they got caught in the springs.
Vanessa kicked off the segment, recalling her struggles with the horse and wearing frilly knickers.
She said: "I couldn't jump over the horse, I used to land with a big thump on the other end of it.
"It was absolutely hellish, wearing those frilly gym knickers."
Holly then shocked viewers by revealing to co-host Phillip Schofield and Vanessa: "Well, talking of gym knickers, I was on a trampoline and I went to slide off the edge of the trampoline in gym class, got my knickers caught in the springs and was suspended in front of the whole class.”
Phil replied: "They had to cut your knickers off!"
“They had to cut my knickers off, that was a low point,” the star explained to shocked viewers.
Phil joked: "This was three weeks ago!"
"It definitely wasn't," Holly laughed
This was the second knicker controversy for the gorgeous star, who left the audience at the recent National Television Awards distracted by allegedly showing her underwear.
The 40-year-old mum-of-three was up on stage after ITV This Morning won a gong at the O2 Arena.
But fans at home were convinced Holly had shown her black knickers during the ceremony.

Tammi Rose agreed, adding: "Watching the #NTAs and seen @hollywills looking stunning as always in beautiful dress and just wondering if I was also seeing her knickers? "
