HOLLYOAKS' Jorgie Porter has shared her trick for getting baby son Forest to sleep.
The actress has been documenting her motherhood journey on Instagram since welcoming her firstborn in December.
Little Forest enjoyed sleeping on his parents in his first couple of months, but Jorgie has now got him accustomed to snoozing in his pram.
She said: "Not sure if it’s just my baby but Forest LOVES naps on us. The sling is amazing and means I can get a few bits done but he’s also finally started to really enjoy pram naps which means I get my hands free and we can get out and get some fresh air.
"Anyone else find they end up walking miles and miles though?"
Her fans were quick to share their own tips and congratulate her for doing a good job.

A third said: "That's great, the fresh air is good too. Although try and rest / nap when littlen does, in a safe sleep space . Recharge your batteries x."
