Tanya joined her fellow islanders in getting themselves glammed up during their time in South Africa, but it wasn't as easy to stay caught up with her beauty regime as most would assume.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Tanya said they only had people come in to the villa twice across the eight weeks, but they couldn't do everything.
She said: "For us people still had to isolate for five days before they came in and they didn't come in the villa.
"The love heart, where you see people exit, was where they would do all the beauty treatments and they'd have tables set up there and then sit outside the villa."
Tanya added: "They would be doing our hair and nails outside."
She explained that there wasn't loads that could be done as bosses wanted to minimise the amount of people who were coming to the villa.
The Love Island beauty explained that only nails and hair could be done by the professionals, adding: "We couldn't get a wax or eyelashes which was a whole other story to deal with that."
Tanya said the day would be a "whole day of maintenance" but the islanders never knew when it was coming.
She said by the time it rolled around it would be desperately needed as their nails would have been growing for four weeks.
The beauty team came in the villa twice during the entire winter series to glam up the girls.
Tanya made it through to the final with Shaq and the last four couples remaining would get glammed up during their night away from the villa ahead of the final.
Shaq and Tanya came fourth place in the live final for Winter 2023.
