I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has reportedly been dealt a huge blow as a "huge star" is said to have quit the show, it has been claimed.
The unnamed I'm A Celeb hopeful is said to have dropped out of the series after it was confirmed the series will be taking place in Wales for the second year in a row.
ITV announced the decision on Tuesday 3 August, following reports bosses feared Australia could shut its borders.
A source has told The Sun: “One popular star dropped out immediately.
“Bosses are still in talks with loads of top celebs about taking part and feel confident this won’t put people off given last year’s success.
“But for some of the talent, roughing it for weeks in wet and cold Wales isn’t going to be as much fun as doing that in the Australian jungle.
“Luckily for bosses, the ones who have signed contracts are all still on board. And bosses have still got plenty of time to pull out all the stops when it comes to booking major talent.”
It has also been claimed that other celebrities are "showing signs of getting cold feet", too.
OK! has contacted ITV for comment.
The news comes after OK! reported fears that big names would pull out of the show following its change in location this year.
A source told OK!: "Bosses are bound to be wary about setting the show in the castle again this year, the main draw for a lot of celebs is the idea of getting out to Australia for a few weeks of sunshine.
"So it's definitely playing on their mind that this decision could affect their cast list. ITV are used to getting the creme de la creme of stars for the show but they're afraid people like former stars Caitlyn Jenner and Stacey Solomon just wouldn't entertain the thought of a cold castle instead of a warm jungle."

ITV announced plans to return to Gwrych Castle in Aberegele, north Wales earlier this week.
Katie Rawcliffe, ITV's Head of Entertainment Commissioning, said: “We can confirm today that we’ll be returning to Wales for the 2021 series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
“We’ve always said we have contingencies in place for the series if the covid situation continued to bring uncertainty, and after a highly successful run at the castle last year we’re pleased that we can return there. I have no doubt the production team will produce another hugely entertaining series.”
