VICKY Pattison has had fans in hysterics during her latest shocking trial on Australia's I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.
It comes after the former Geordie Shore star opened up about her shame from having sex on TV.
The reality star looked grim as she began the gruesome meal.
Dressed in a sparkly gown, Vicky seemed to be expecting a more high-end meal and was no doubt disappointed when she came face-to-face with cockroaches and mites.
Other items typically on the I'm A Celeb menu include animal eyeballs and genitalia.
Vicky will be hoping to score full points to impress her fellow campers.
In one desperate bid for victory, the 30-year-old shovelled a handful of creepy-crawlies into her mouth.
Vicky could then be seen retching as she struggled to swallow the grub.
Fortunately she had a beverage on hand to wash down the critters.
With her slicked back hair, a make-up free Vicky looked delighted as she kept the unwanted food down.
Fans were in hysterics with Vicky's facial reactions with one social media user saying: "@VickyPattison you are the funniest person I've ever seen on TV. I haven't stopped laughing."
Another put: "@VickyPattison is such good viewing. Keep her in the jungle!"
A third viewer tweeted: "Vicky you are an absolute treasure, you crack me up, such quick witted English humour. Hilarious reaction to that rank sandwich."

Vicky's time on the show has already seen her confront her demons.
The reality star burst into tears on I'm A Celeb Australia as she confessed she felt "under pressure" to behave badly on the show and now has huge regrets about romping on TV.
She was being quizzed about her past by one of her campmates, and she started crying when she spoke about her time on Geordie Shore.
On the show Vicky dated Jay Gardner and was engaged to Ricci Guarnaccio, and she admits she regrets getting drunk and romping on camera.
She said: "I hated myself on Geordie Shore. I hated the person that I ended up becoming and I have no one to blame but myself…"

"You are under an awful lot of pressure to act a certain way, to constantly out-do the outrageousness that's happening around you.
"Say you had five Jaeger bombs and kissed someone you shouldn't have on a Tuesday in Series 1, by Series 2 on Wednesday, you're going to be expected to have 10 Jaeger bombs, have sex with someone and have a huge argument and trash the house. It's an escalation."
