ROSS King's breathtaking Hollywood villa is certainly fit for a King.
The showbiz expert – who's real name is Derek – lives in this stunning property surrounded by the Hollywood Hills, A-list celebs and the iconic sign.
The 58-year-old shares the stunning pad with his wife, 35-year-old Brianna Deutsch, an actress and producer.
A Hollywood Hills house, of course, has to feature a swimming pool for hot lazy days in the sun.
With views like this, who needs to go on holiday?
The spacious kitchen is white and simple with an island breakfast bar, decorated with Sean Connery as James Bond on the wall with a nod to their Scottish heritage.
A stunning outer area boasts a huge open plan balcony and wooden daybed along with a table and comfy sofas to lounge on an look at the incredible view.
White leather couches sit in the living area with a large flat screen TV just in front of the open balcony with black soft furnishings.
The stunning swimming pool in the outer area is perfect for catching some rays in the sunny afternoons, surrounded by the heavy green trees and plants.

The interior of the house is sleek and minimalist, decorated with a nod to vintage rather than modern and contemporary.
He is often seen snapping pictures on his balcony showing off the sign and the plus greenery he looks on to.
The front of the house is equally as impressive. Set on its own, the property has ample space for his A-list friends to park their expensive cars.
The Scottish television presenter is best known for being the LA Correspondent on Lorraine – and it seems his in-depth knowledge of celebrity has led him to reside in one of the most expensive neighbourhoods.
He has often been seen during lockdown presenting from his glamorous house, with a picture of Bond in the background.
The views from his balcony and outer area have to be seen to be believed.
With a full frontal view of the Hollywood sign, the presenter couldn't be any nearer to the iconic letters.
The entertainment veteran began working for GMTV in the early 90s and has been fronting the LA news for Daybreak, Lorraine and now Good Morning Britain ever since.
He married wife Brianna in 2015 with a guest list to impress included Gerard Butler – one of his best men – Jackie Collins and Gary Barlow, but the former actor was previously married to Charley Izabella from 1999 to 2006.
Brianna and Ross got engaged in 2010 and married in Beverly Hills restaurant Il Cielo after eight years together.
Take That's Gary performed during the reception, while Hollywood actor Gerard Butler spoke of his pal: "We first met at a party on a barge in London.
"It was so nice to see my buddy finally get hitched. And he's lucked out with Brianna – she's a great woman."
Ross was honoured in the 2018 Queen's New Years Honours List with an MBE for services in Broadcasting, the Arts and Charity.
