Joanna Lumley admitted she would love to return to Coronation Street.
The actress previously appeared on the show in 1793 where she played the role of Elaine Perkins.
During her brief spell on the cobbles, Joanna was the love interest of Ken Barlow, played by Bill Roache.
Now 74, Joanne insists she wouldn't think twice about returning if ITV bosses asked her.
Taking about the prospect on her new TV show Home Sweet Home: Travels in My Own Land, Joanna said: "Would I go back? In a heartbeat.
"I was invited back about 10 years ago and I said ‘Yeah, you bet.’
"Unfortunately some filming I was doing got in the way and someone else went along and stole his heart instead."
Meeting up with Bill, 88, Joanna couldn't help but gush over the actor.
The Finding Alice actress continued: "We were both outrageously flirting with each other and pretending to be the geriatrics that we are.
"I’ve got to say that he is astonishing, I can’t believe that he’s his own age, I think he might have been lying.

"He’s fantastically fit and well and funny and smart."
Joanna was only on Corrie for eight episodes but had hoped she would have been booked on for longer.
"I remember when I did Coronation Street I longed for them to change their minds," she explained.
"I thought maybe they will love me so much that they’ll let me have a longer dalliance with Ken and maybe her little heart would melt and Elaine Perkins would say yes to Ken and they’d get married."

Joanna added: "So I had these dreams in my head and then they said you just say ‘No, I think Coronation Street is boring and I’m not going to marry Ken and you just leave.’ I couldn’t bare it but that’s what I had to do."
Last year Bill celebrated 60 years on the show.
The feat made him the longest-serving TV soap star portraying the same character in the world.
He first appeared on Corrie on December 9, 1960.
Talking about Bill's time on the show, Coronation Street Series Producer Iain MacLeod said: "Bill’s is a singular, spectacular accomplishment and I heartily congratulate him for his peerless professionalism, unstinting commitment to the show and ongoing brilliance as an actor."
Meanwhile, Bill added: "I have been very fortunate to have been in this wonderful programme, Coronation Street, which has carried me into this world record and a lifetime of wonderful memories."
