JOY-ANNA Duggar, Austin Forsyth and their kids went out for dinner and ice cream and enjoyed looking at Christmas lights after Josh Duggar was fund guilty on child pornography charges.

The duo attended the trail, with Joy-Anna appearing distressed at times.

The former Counting On star posted a video of herself and her family, gushing: "We are on the way to get some supper at our favorite restaurant, which is Olive Garden."

She went on: "We're going to eat some Olive Garden, which is our favorite because it is finally feeling like December. 46 was the high, so it's feeling like the winter now so we're gonna get some soup and salad."

Joy-Anna revealed that she's been keeping busy with Christmas prep.

She said in an Instagram Story video: "We're listening to our Christmas radio and I got so many presents wrapped.

"I got all of Austin's presents wrapped before he got home from work. Have you shopped for me yet, babe?"

She concluded: "Anyway, I hope you're having a good start to your Christmas week."

Joy-Anna went on to share a fond childhood memory.

She asked: "What are some things that make your Christmas week feel complete, or what's, like, a food item?

"Somebody asked me that this week and I was thinking about it and I think my food item that makes Christmas feel like Christmas is pumpkin pie because my family used to make a ton of them and I would eat, like, a half a pie to myself – maybe a little bit more – but it was just, like, a great memory growing up."

Joy-Anna then shared a positive message for fans, seemingly alluding to her family's recent drama.

She suggested: "I would encourage you guys, there's always things in this world that can get you down and out, but for the next however many days until Christmas … There's always stuff that we can be grateful for.

"God has blessed us all so much.

"Austin's always really good about telling me that and so find things your grateful for. Write 'em down and share with me on the comments on my latest post or right here in this box."

Joy-Anna then posted a video from the dinner table, showing Austin enjoying his meal alongside Gideon, who was twirling noodles.

After dinner the drove through a tunnel of Christmas lights and showed off the various light displays.

Gideon pointed out "a snowman" and "a choo-choo train" as they drove.

He appeared to be sitting on Joy-Anna's lap in the video.

The family then visited an ice cream shop.

Joy-Anna called it her favorite place to get the frozen treat, revealing her go-to order.

Joy-Anna and Austin have been spending a lot of time together as of late.

LOVEY DOVEY

The duo shared a rare photo together recently, with the Duggar daughter gushing abut her beau.

in the photo, they smiled as they looked directly into the camera.

The 24-year-old TLC personality gushed over her hubby, posting a song lyric that read: "You can say 'I love you' in just one glance,' The way you smile."

Fans flooded the comments with positive messages for the couple.

One wrote: "I am so thankful you have Austin to walk by your side, especially lately."

Another echoed a similar sentiment, writing: "I am so thankful you have Austin to walk by your side, especially lately."

The last few weeks have been challenging for Joy-Anna and many Duggar family members.

Josh was found guilty on child pornography charges on December 9.
