KELLY Brook has revealed how sex gets better with age .
The 40-year-old model has talked candidly about finally feeling good about herself and how her boyfriend likes a "large curvy woman" in bed.
The star – who is dating 35-year-old model Jeremy Parisi – opened up about her sex life to Vicky Pattison on her podcast 'Feeling Fab at 40'.
She said: "My boyfriend is 35 and he is Italian, so You know he likes he nice large curvy woman so that’s always a good thing!
"What’s it like? I think your sec life gets better as you get older.
"Because you get confident. You are not so hung up on stuff You know what you enjoy.
"You know what you like, so you are not as scared to tell them.
"So that’s good. When you’re young you don’t tell them. They are like 'is that nice?' Or whatever and you’re like 'yeah'!
"You’d never say – when you’re older you are gonna make sure if you are gonna go there once a month you are gonna get what you want!"
Kelly and Jeremy began dating back in 2015 and are closer than ever.
The pair regularly share loved up selfies with each other – either at home or on holiday.
Kelly has enjoyed a string of high profile romances.
She famously went out with Hollywood movie stars Jason Statham and Billy Zane.
Kel also had a long term relationship with rugby ace Danny Cipriani.
Meanwhile Kelly recently revealed how she is keen to become the next culinary queen as she reveals she has dreams of becoming the ‘next Nigella Lawson’.
She is hoping to make the most of her love of gardening and cooking by launching her own show once lockdown is over.
Kelly showed off her talent baking during her stint on the Great British Bake Off where she won legions of fans with her quick wit, tasty creations and sunny disposition.
She has made no secret of her love of all things horticultural, by regularly sharing snaps of her vegetable patch and wildflower meadow at her 15th century Kent cottage and during segments on ITV’s This Morning.
Speaking to the Mirror about her future plans, Kelly said: “During this time I've realised my dream job is just to be home and work from home and make a nice, lifestyle TV show.
“Gardening and cooking, growing your own veg and fruit and stuff like that – and do something that's a bit Nigella, a bit Martha Stewart.
“Have a few dogs and chickens running around and just have a dreamy TV show doing all the things you love to do. I don't know if anyone would watch it but it would be my dream.”
