Khloe posted several snaps of True showing off her luxury accessories while wearing a trilby, pink skirt and white sweater.
"My little fashionista," the Good American founder wrote alongside the cute shoot.
While Khloe was clearly pleased with her purchases, she was called out on social media for the extravagance.
"That would feed 10 families the basics for a week," one critic wrote, while another added: "Obscene waste of money."
A third raged: "I feel like that purse is too expensive to give to a toddler, but she's not my child."
Khloe was defended by other fans, with one writing: "Why are people so concerned with how much that purse costs?
"It's Khloe's money and she works for it. If you complainers had the money, you would spend it on your child too."
This is not the first time the Kardashian clan have been slammed for spoiling their children.
Kylie Jenner faced backlash for getting her daughter Stormi, three, a $12,000 Hermes backpack, while Kim often treats her four kids to designer garms.
Khloe shares True with her on-off baby daddy, basketball player Tristan Thompson.
The pair split in 2018 after Tristan cheated on her with multiple women but reconciled last year after living together in lockdown.
Tristan has reportedly been going "above and beyond" to fix Khloe's "trust issues", especially now that he's in Boston to play basketball and she's in LA with True.
"Tristan is essentially going above and beyond to prove himself to Khloe with regards to any trust issues," a source told HollywoodLife.
"He is super obsessive when it comes to communicating with her and True. He sends flowers, balloons, incessant text messages, and FaceTimes and calls."
The insider added that for now "it seems to be working" and that "they’re doing great as a family right now."
Khloe's struggles to forgive Tristan for cheating have played out on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The pair were spotted going house hunting for a home to share in August 2020.
Sources claimed they want to buy a house together somewhere in the Hidden Hills and Calabasas neighborhoods in California.
Tristan reportedly wants to prove to Khloe that he has changed and wants to make this permanent with a family home."
