KOURTNEY Kardashian has left fans baffled after revealing she calls her vagina a “hoo-ha”.
The 40-year-old used the term, as well as “yoni”, as she pushed a series of feminine washes via her website Poosh.
She tweeted: "Keep your yoni healthy with these non-toxic feminine washes that won't harm your hoo-ha. Shop our picks for keeping things fresh down there…"
Her followers were not only outraged that she was encouraging women to use expensive products to wash their intimate areas, but also about her use of the “childish” words.
Taking to Twitter to discuss it, one person wrote: “Hey @kourtneykardash you might want to consult a real expert like @DrJenGunter before pushing some misinformation about our "hoo-ha's".
“By the way, dont be afraid of using the word vagina.”
Another added: “The fact you can’t even say vulva or vagina to advertise little more than a gimmick is enough of a red flag to just stick with good old fashioned soap and water.”
While someone else tweeted: “They are called vagina. VAGINA. VA-GI-NA. V A G I N A.”
Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kourt officially launched Poosh in April of this year and promised the site will promote the way she genuinely leads her own life.
She said: "It’s a place of discovery. [It will be] curating a lifestyle that's very much the lifestyle that I lead.
"It’s important to use my voice to share everything I’ve learned."
The 39-year-old star – who has children Mason, nine, Penelope, six, and four-year-old Reign with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick – added: "It’s all about living your best life and embracing the fact that it’s not perfect.”
