KRIS Boyson beamed as he posed on the red carpet following his court appearance and Katie Price split.
The newly-single star looked happy and relaxed as he attended the Fresh Hedz launch event in Hornchurch last night – just hours after denying threatening to break a police officer's jaw.
The 31-year-old blonde was kitted out in designer clothing, slinging a purse across his chest as he arrived at the do.
Yesterday morning, Kris arrived in court to face trial following a tumultuous week for him after he split from former glamour model Katie a day after she was declared bankrupt.
He denied one count of using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence at Medway Magistrates Court.
The alleged offence came a day after Katie was arrested by police who found her slumped in a drunken state in the back of her pink Range Rover.
Magistrates heard that Kris had been rowing with two photographers outside his home in Gravesend, Kent, when PC Paul Blundell tried to intervene.
But the court heard Kris puffed out his chest and threatened the cop that he would "break his f***ing jaw" – yelling he was a "fake copper".
PC Blundell told the court he had showed his warrant card after seeing Boyson "pacing around the road and shouting".
He said: "He was puffing out his chest and his fist was clenched. His chest was puffed out so much I could see the definition of his chest through his top.
"I feared there was going to be violence.
"His exact words were 'I'm going to break your jaw, I'm going to break your f***ing jaw."
Kris shook his head and smiled throughout the evidence.
The trial was adjourned until December 19.
Kris and Katie split earlier this week after dating on and off since May 2018, but friends revealed that unusually for Katie, they’re still friends.
A source told us: "Normally Katie’s relationships end in a huge row, but with Kris it’s different.
"They’ll still stay friends and she will still need his help with the kids, and to stay at his house.
"He’s really worried about her and all the pressure she’s under – so that’s why he’s not walking away."
The mother-of-five cheated on him twice during their romance – once with businessman Alex Adderson, and earlier this year with builder Charles Drury.
On Tuesday, Katie went bankrupt after failing to pay back spiralling debts – despite being worth £45m at the height of her career.
She was supposed to be paying back £12,000 a month to her creditors as part of her IVA – but hasn’t done so.
She is believed to have debts of around £800,000 in total.
The Sun’s Dan Wootton revealed that the reality star went on an astonishing rant on a packed commuter train – telling passengers she was GLAD she was so skint and that she blamed ex-husband Peter Andre for her financial downfall.
