Loose Women regular Linda Robson stunned viewers of the hit ITV daytime show on Monday after admitting to deliberately wetting her bed one night.
The Birds of a Feather actress said she felt the Aussie jungle was too dark to try and find the toilet in the night so just lay back and let nature take its course.
Linda, 62, said: "When you are in the jungle you hear noises and critters and our toilet was a dunny.
"The first night we were there I wanted to go to the toilet but they turn off all the lights and I didn't want to try and find my way through the dark so I just wet myself in my sleeping bag.
"I thought I am not going to get a lamp and try and find my way."
As her horrified co-stars gazed at her in shock, Linda added: "I had to wash it all out the next day."
Giving her take on the new Welsh castle, the actress sad: "I was really excited about seeing it as Christmas isn't Christmas without I'm A Celeb.
"The scenery was beautiful, the castle is gorgeous but it lacked atmosphere.
"There is too much space in the camp for them.
"They need to be crammed in and get on each other's nerves."
Meanwhile, Gloria Hunniford, 80, revealed she had previously been asked to take part in the series but turned it down as she didn't think she could cope with jungle life.
Speaking via video link from her home, Gloria said: "I was asked to do it and I knew I couldn't have done it.
