Loose Women's Linda Robson has spoken out about her difficult year and struggles with "addictions".
The ladies were discussing social media and phone addictions after Stacey Solomon recently took part in a digital detox.
Linda, 61, said she was "anxious" to come back online after her difficult year off.
She revealed that she had to take a break from her phone while battling through difficult time in her life.
She said: "I came off my phone for a year… I'd had a really tough year that year.
"They said when I went back to work, you're going to have to get your phone back now, and I thought I was going to be really anxious.
She was worried about being "addicted to the phone, addicted to social media."
Linda opened up about her heartbreaking OCD battle on Loose Women earlier this month.
She fought back tears as she gave her first interview admitting she was on the mend following a difficult year.
